Stuart Jackson’s career started out within the world of Accountancy, with Abrams Ashton & Co of Chorley. Stuart then went back to University in Salford to gain his Business Studies Degree, before moving back into commercial accounting with Georgia Pacific, a US multinational paper manufacturer. There Stuart gained a breadth of business experience culminating in a move to European Continuous Improvement Manager, before entering the Financial Services Industry with Edward Jones.
Nikki began her career in financial services after completing an Economics and Business Studies (dual hons) degree at Sheffield University. Nikki experienced a variety of roles in the industry before understanding that her passion lay in helping people and organisations to fulfil their potential. Wishing always to excel in her field, Nikki gained various CIPD, CII, CISI and business qualifications and experience, and believes in the importance of continuous personal and professional development. In this way, Nikki has always sought to develop herself and others and to create a culture of growth, curiosity and learning wherever she works. Nikki’s journey in helping people and organisations to be the best they can be has seen her gain national and international experience across public and private sectors, including national roles with advisory firms Edward Jones Ltd (now based in North America) and Towry Ltd.
Having initially moved to the UK in 1998 to study for an MSc in International Economics at the University of Nottingham, Brian then settled in Manchester where he worked in various finance roles at Georgia Pacific and AstraZeneca focussing on business analysis and planning.
After a three year stint in London working for HSBC in Canary Wharf, he is now back in the North West looking forward to applying his experience around systems and processes to the continued success of Cheetham Jackson and its clients.
Richard has been involved in a number of business at senior levels over the past 18 years primarily with the objective of growing business reach and improving performance always from a basis of supporting people to be the best they can be.
Cheetham Jackson is a wonderful fit for his skills and the ethical approach to both client and employee makes growth a certainty with the correct structure and people in the right roles. His belief is that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and develop and facilitating that through regular support will move our business to where we wish it to be.
Natalie has over 14 years HR experience since graduating from University in 2003. Her previous experience includes working within Financial Services and Law sector.
Natalie’s real passion lies in creating an engaging employee experience and helping deliver sound HR advice in a professional and approachable manner. Since being appointed as EW Business Partner at Cheetham Jackson in April 2018, her main focus is on developing people solutions that will help Cheetham Jackson achieve business objectives whilst enabling our team members to flourish.
Lara joined Cheetham Jackson in March 2017 working towards her Level 2 Business Admin apprentice. She previously studied BTEC Applied Science at Cardinal Newman College however decided to pursue a career as a Business Administrator. Lara has shown willingness to learn and looks forward to progressing in her role. Outside of work Lara loves horse riding, she owns her own horse and competes regularly at local shows.
After achieving a degree in drama from Edge Hill University Rochelle started her career in administration for a large car park management company, she soon became the co-ordinator of a team within the company and managed numerous workloads and team members. Rochelle made the decision to join Cheetham Jackson in 2015 and hopes to progress within her role as business administrator, using the skills learnt at university and within her previous role to achieve this.
Daniel’s career started in 2005 when he started working for one of the world’s largest banks, during his time with Santander he had many varying roles which were aimed at helping others accomplish their financial goals and objectives. In April 2013 he was awarded the customer hero award for the whole of his company at the annual recognition ceremony, he is very pleased to have won this for putting his clients first and at the heart of his advice approach. Daniel decided to join Cheetham Jackson in April 2015 to be able to fully utilise his knowledge in the wider community in which he lives. Daniel is a devout family man who is married with two daughters (and two cats). In his spare time he spends time with his family and enjoys going to the gym and scuba diving.
Jack joined as an apprentice in September 2016. He previously studied BTEC Business at Runshaw College however decided to pursue a career and joined Cheetham Jackson with the aim of becoming a financial adviser. Jack is currently working as a Business administrator in hope of progressing at Cheetham Jackson. In his free time Jack enjoys playing American football for his local team with whom he has played for multiple years and travels all over the UK participating in tournaments with his team.
Tom joined as an apprentice in January 2017. He previously studied A Level History, Business, Politics and Media at Runshaw College. However, decided to pursue a career in IT with the aim to become a qualified technician. In his free time, Tom enjoys playing football and going to the gym. He is a long-time fan of Liverpool FC and also supports local team Euxton Villa FC.
Cameron joined Cheetham Jackson as an apprentice straight from leaving High School, and he is currently working towards achieving an NVQ in Business Administration. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys many sports, playing Sunday League football for a local team and golf.
Ranveer has spent the majority of her career working in the Insolvency Sector dealing with Bankruptcies, Administrations and Individual Voluntary Arrangements. Prior to joining Cheetham Jackson she spent a number of years working for Bolton Citizens Advice Bureau as a Debt and Immigration Specialist, offering holistic advice to members of the public. She is now heading up our Research Team concentrating on Pension Analysis and is looking forward to developing the team and expanding her knowledge in this area.
Vicky joined Cheetham Jackson after obtaining A levels in Business Studies, Accounting and ICT at Cardinal Newman College, she went on to complete an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration in 2013. Vicky has formed part of the Central team after developing skills and knowledge within the Chorley branch, allowing her to support the Administration side of the business and also developing internal processes. With a passion to help others, Vicky believes that she will have a long lasting career in Cheetham Jackson as it grows, helping people both inside and outside the organisation.
Courtney joined Cheetham Jackson as an apprentice in July 2016. Since starting she has shown willingness to learn and gain the knowledge and skills. Courtney looks forward to progress in her role within a business and administration ennvironment.
Louise started her career at Natwest and gained 20 year’s experience, from administrative skills through to Management, in both Retail and Corporate. After taking a short break into Complementary Therapies and gaining an HND, followed by a career to break to raise her children, Louise has joined Cheetham Jackson as a receptionist. She is looking forward to utilising her skills, knowledge and experience to help Cheetham Jackson continue to grow.
Graham has over 25 years of working in finance. Completing his degree at Liverpool John Moores University in Business and Finance in 1997, he went on to become a CIMA qualified accountant in 2004. He has worked in many sectors, including Retail, Manufacturing and Entertainment, but has spent the last 4 years working in the Financial Services Industry
Since being appointed as Finance Director at Cheetham Jackson in December 2017, his main focus is on ensuring the continued growth of the company.
Outside of Cheetham Jackson Graham, has recently revisited his passion for cycling and has recently completed a 100 mile bike ride from Carlisle to Edinburgh, cycling through the night.
Maddy Holt Garner
Maddy started her career in Brewin Dolphin working as an administrator in 2010, working her way up she help run the re-pricing project for the company. In 2012 Maddy then moved to an IFA firm working as an IFA support administrator in the city centre of Manchester. Maddy joined Cheetham Jackson in 2014 as the Practice Manager of the Sale Office. At the end of 2015 Maddy was promoted to Process Improvement Executive, where she strives to make the work place an enjoyable environment for all the staff, as well as continuing to improve the client experience at Cheetham Jackson.
Christina started her career in law, having worked in commercial litigation and other areas of law for over 4 years. Christina has a Law degree and joined Cheetham Jackson after working in wealth management for more than 3 years in Alderley Edge.
Leading Cheetham Jackson’s Propositional Development, Christina is passionate about both her work and the business and is committed to consistently creating high-value propositions to constantly improve and evolve the company. A fundamental objective of Christina’s is to ensure that clients remain at the forefront of market-leading bespoke, client-focussed solutions and processes. Since being appointed as Propositional Development in April 2018, Christina has introduced number of projects which are already in practice.
Ultimately, Christina believes passionately in the ethos and culture of Cheetham Jackson and aims to ensure that these elements are consistently embedded into the Cheetham Jackson Investment Philosophy and all other elements of the service in order to articulate the future of business to both clients and the industry.
Outside of the office she enjoys yoga and ballet, as well as restoring vintage agricultural machinery.
Rachel has over 20 years’ experience in building relationships and delivering services to professionals such as accountants and solicitors. She studied Marketing and Public Relations at UCLan and attained CeMAP and CeRER mortgage qualifications early on in her career as a Mortgage Advisor. Rachel’s previous experience includes working in banking, estate agents and a mortgage brokers before becoming a business owner over 14 years ago. Rachel also founded the Cheetham Jackson Mortgages department.
Since being appointed as Joint Venture Business Partner at Cheetham Jackson in May 2018 Rachel’s focus has been on delivering a Joint Venture experience to professionals so that they can offer Financial Services under their own branding to each of their clients.
Mike started his career in the hospitality and catering sector, before he decided to transfer his skills to finance and insurance. his previous experience includes working for one of the country’s leading providers, Aegon, for several years before transitioning to Cheetham Jackson.
Since being appointed to the position of Client Fulfilment at Cheetham Jackson in 2018, he has been a great addition to the office. He is focused and has a desire to achieve his targets. His main goal is to make the client experience a memorable on for each and every client.
Rebecca Ravenscroft, joined the team as an apprentice straight from school. Since being appointed as a client fulfilment apprentice at Cheetham Jackson in February 2018, her main focus is on becoming a reliable member of the client fulfilment team, and learning the role to the best of her ability – whilst completing her apprenticeship work to a high standard.
