Ewan began his career in Financial Services in his late 20s, having previously worked for HMRC in what is now Tax Credits. He was offered the opportunity by a close friend to move into Mortgage Advice In 2007 (what a time to become a mortgage adviser). Ewan had several self-employed roles before joining the Cheetham Jackson team in June 2015 where he helped to establish and grow Cheetham Jackson Mortgages. In 2017 Ewan decided it was the right time to move into the IFA world. He successfully completed his diploma in March 2018. Not long after this he became an IFA with Cheetham Jackson where he joined the Southport team. Ewan believes that financial advice should be accessible to everyone.

In his spare time Ewan enjoys watching a variety of sports, and spending time with his wife Petra, three daughters, grandson and the family dog.
