Jemma Ward

After graduating from Cardiff University, Jemma began her career in Financial Services with HSBC Bank UK. Jemma is Agile PM and Change Management Practitioner, as well as a Qualified Financial Advisor with over 15 years experience in Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Her multiple roles across the industry have included team leadership and development, product development and change management, delivering a diverse range of learning, as well as implementing strategic change initiatives. Jemma was delighted to join the Cheetham Jackson Team in November 2021 whereby her varied skill set has been applied to numerous roles, including most recently Head of Client Operations and Experience. Jemma has recently returned to providing Financial Advice to clients, as this is something she cares and believes most passionately about.

In addition to this, Jemma is mum to two girls as well as a keen runner, having competed in numerous marathons and running events. She has been fortunate to represent numerous charities whilst running, raising funds for causes close to her heart.
