Nikki Jones

Director

Nikki joined the firm in 2016 to support with strategy and people development. Nikki has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, as well as working in public, private, national and international roles as a business consultant and organisational development specialist.
During her time with the firm, Nikki has developed the People Support area, has operated as Managing Director, and is now developing the business and its governance and strategic frameworks as it continues its journey as an employee-owned organisation.
