Rachel Highfield
Client FulfilmentRachel joined in March 2024 and was initially responsible for providing administration support to the advisers, ensuring that the client journey was completed efficiently. She has since been seconded into the role of Practice Manager.
Rachel’s background has been in roles providing admin and customer service support for the Abbey National Mortgage Valuation department; within a Financial Advisers dealing with mortgage completions; and more recently providing admin and bookkeeping for a manufacturing company.
Outside of spending time with her family, Rachel enjoys hiking and plodding (by her own admission she doesn’t call it running!), and has now completed the Manchester 10K and Half Marathon.
