Sarah Woodward
Senior Practice ManagerSarah joined CJ in 2016 as a Trainee Practice Manager in the Clitheroe office and progressed to Senior Practice Manager in 2025. In her current role, she supports the Bury, Clitheroe, and Sale offices, while also mentoring and training new starters as they begin their careers with the firm.
During her time at CJ, Sarah has held several roles within the Client Fulfilment team, including Practice Manager for two offices and Regional Support. She has also led the Client Fulfilment team across multiple locations, contributing to key projects such as process development, training initiatives, and the rollout of new systems and platforms.
Before joining CJ, Sarah spent three years at Lloyds Bank as a Personal Banking Assistant, where she supported customers with their everyday banking needs in a branch environment.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places with her children, and making the most of weekends together. She also enjoys reading, scenic walks, and baking in her spare time.
