Alex Smith
Review AdviserAlex joined Cheetham Jackson in March 2025 as a Review Adviser, his area of responsibility is to carry out annual reviews for a bank of existing clients, as well as providing ongoing servicing and contact to ensure that the client’s plans continue to remain relevant to their needs and changing circumstance. Alex’s role is to support consumer duty in ensuring that our clients continue to get a good level of ongoing service and support.
Alex began his career in Financial Services at the age of 18 working on the counter at Nationwide Building Society, since then he’s progressed through a number of roles from client facing roles to an Area Management role looking after a number of Branch Managers. Alex starting studying for his Diploma in Financial Advice during lockdown and went into his first Financial Adviser role in June 2023, looking after both wealth and mortgage clients.
Outside of work Alex loves spending time with his wife of 16 years, Aga, and his 2 daughters, Zofia, who’s 13, and, Maja, who’s 10. They love to have family days out and love going on long walks. Alex also has a passion for music and plays guitar and piano and has been in a number of bands over the years. He also loves watching films and crime dramas.
