Ellen Dooher

Practice Manager

Having graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Drama in 2006, Ellen returned to her hometown of Chesterfield to begin a career in the customer service sector, working for a well-known cinema chain. She progressed within the company and was promoted to Operations Manager, gaining a wealth of experience in addressing and resolving customer queries, monitoring compliance and maintaining standards.
In 2011 Ellen joined the Marketing and Support Team of a well-known firm providing software, support and training to chartered accountancy firms across the UK, expanding her skill set to include marketing and business administration.
In 2017 Ellen was happy to join the team at Cheetham Jackson’s Chesterfield office in the role of Client Fulfilment Lead. Passionate about compliance and processes, Ellen is committed to maintaining the high service standards and customer care Cheetham Jackson prides itself in.
Outside of work, Ellen loves to spend time in the great outdoors with her husband and son, gardening, hiking and camping.
