Liam Williamson
Graduate TraineeLiam joined Cheetham Jackson in August 2026 as a Graduate Trainee based in our Chorley office. Before joining Cheetham Jackson, Liam worked as an intern for two years and has now started his career in Financial Services. As a Graduate, Liam is gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the business while supporting the day-to-day financial planning operations.
Liam works closely with advisers and specialist teams, contributing to projects and developing his technical knowledge through practical experience and professional study. He also works with colleagues across the business and supports clients as part of his role. Liam is currently studying towards his Diploma in Financial Planning, having previously achieved his BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University in 2026.
Liam enjoys the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and continue developing his knowledge and skills within Financial Services, with his graduate role providing him with a great foundation for his future career.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys playing football and is a keen supporter of Hull City. A fun fact about Liam is that he is the only one in his family who is ginger!
