Louise O’Rourke
People Support AdviserLouise joined Cheetham Jackson in September 2023 as our People Support Adviser. Her role is to help ensure that CJ continues to be a great and fulfilling please to work for everyone. With over 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, before joining CJ Louise’s career in Human Resources started in the motor finance and leasing trade, before she moved to a role as a HR Consultant. Louise was excited to join CJ as she could see from the beginning that they were an organisation that fully values their people and wants to aid them in finding their potential. Outside of work Louise is a music lover whose summers are spent at music festivals, and at the weekend as a keen walker you can often find her up Pendle Hill (when she isn’t at the pub with her friends).
