Sarah Woodward
System and Process LeadSarah joined CJ in 2016 as a Trainee Practice Manager in our Clitheroe office and, since then, has enjoyed a varied career across the firm, taking on a range of roles within the Practice Manager team.
With experience throughout the Client Fulfilment team, Sarah has managed multiple offices, provided regional support and led teams across different locations. She’s also been closely involved in developing processes, delivering training and introducing new systems and platforms — always with a focus on making change practical, straightforward and genuinely useful for the people using it.
Today, Sarah is our Systems and Process Lead, where she works behind the scenes to help make the way we work smarter, simpler and more effective. From improving systems and processes to finding better ways of doing things, she enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference across the business.
Away from work, Sarah’s time is mostly centred around her family and young children. She loves making the most of family time, getting outdoors and discovering new places and experiences to enjoy together.
