Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours a week)

The Opportunity:

If you’re a dedicated and positive individual who is ambitious to progress with their career then our Apprentice Client Fulfilment role is perfect for you.

The successful candidate for this role will be working alongside our Stockton Health office Practice Manager and a small team of Financial Advisers. They will be part of a team whereby offering a brilliant experience for our clients is at the forefront of our daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards improvement, in both personal and team delivery, alongside an appetite to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing all administration relating to new and existing business queries
• Liaising with providers, both over the phone and via email
• Producing valuations and preparing client packs in advance of client meetings
• Preparing suitability letters
• Maintain client records within the CRM systems
• Filing all required documents on relevant systems
• Maintaining good working relationships with your colleagues
• Maintaining participation of your apprenticeship and completing the work set out by your apprenticeship provider

 

Person Specification:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• GCSE in English and Maths (at a C grade equivalent)
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Positive attitude
