Louise Mumford

Louise began working in the financial sector upon achieving her degree in Communications with Public Relations at Sheffield Hallam University. She worked for a finance broker, liaising with customers and handling multiple accounts on a daily basis. After working there for three years, and a couple of months travelling, Louise became a senior member of the Admissions Department at Sheffield Children’s Hospital before starting her career with Cheetham Jackson. It was Louise’s caring nature and desire to help others which made her the perfect choice to become the Practice Manager of Cheetham Jackson’s Chesterfield Office.  Following on from this successful role Louise became the Employee Wellbeing Business Partner and went on to study and gained her CIPD qualification in HR.  Her main focus is on developing people solutions that will help Cheetham Jackson achieve business objectives whilst enabling the employees to flourish.

Scott Golland

After achieving a BA Hons in Law and Business, Scott began a career as an Account Manager within the Education Sector for a blue chip telecoms company, where he went on to receive national recognition for his client management and professional approach. Upon being introduced, Scott decided his approach of client focused working matched perfectly with the philosophy of Cheetham Jackson and achieved the required qualifications to join the team. Scott is focused on continued learning and development of his own expertise to ensure he provides the best possible value and service to all those he works with.

Paul Bamford

Paul’s career in the financial sector started in 1998 working in Chesterfield as an adviser for Abbey Life. He then took an opportunity to work for Norwich Union who subsequently changed their name to Aviva. Paul worked alongside advisers assisting them with their clients and a large part of his time was spent arranging and implementing Workplace Pensions. Having spent six years with Aviva and gaining his Diploma, the time was right to become an adviser again and he jumped at the chance of joining Cheetham Jackson due to its strong values and beliefs as well as the chance to once again work in his home town. Outside of work, Paul is married with two children and is involved in coaching football to young children as well as being an avid Manchester City fan.

Emily Evans

Emily started working at Cheetham Jackson in January 2015.  Following on from 14 years in the third sector working for the local hospice, she decided that it was time for a change of pace, direction and industry.  Having worked closely with Cheetham Jackson in the third sector and recognising their ethos and values as similar to her own, it seemed a natural progression to put her skills in event management, corporate partnerships, marketing and publicity, project management and the need for first rate customer service to enhance not only the Chesterfield Office but across all locations.

Mark Evans

Mark left school with 3 A levels and decided to embark on a career in business finance in Chesterfield before relocating to Manchester to continue his career in the finance sector, and also embrace the music scene. Music is a love of Mark’s, playing gigs and festivals all over the country, Mark also donates his time supporting local charities with his band The Natterjacks, who are currently recording their second album.  Mark moved back to Chesterfield and joined Cheetham Jackson in 2015 as a business administrator, and quickly found his niche and rose to trainee practice manager of the Chesterfield branch with a view to taking over the reins early 2016.

Kevin Croker

With over 30 years financial planning experience, Kevin decided to join Cheetham Jackson in June 2015, because their approach to financial planning is so unique and refreshing, that it made perfect sense to join them. Kevin started work as a financial services clerk and progressed through General Accident (now Aviva), to a Financial Services Consultant, working with insurance brokers, accountants and solicitors for 9 years. Kevin became a Chartered Insurer in 1987, and joined Halifax Building Society in 1988 at the start of the changes to building societies wider powers. For 10 years Kevin ran the Financial Planning teams in the Manchester area. In the last 15 years, both Kevin and his wife provided a financial planning and post office service in the Matlock area. They decided to close the Post Office, and for Kevin to concentrate on full time financial planning, and duly joined Cheetham Jackson. Kevin enjoys cycling the many hills of Derbyshire Dales and swimming in pools or open water. Kevin also likes to do at least one charity event a year for various charities, which invariably is a triathlon, swim or bike ride.

David Arme

David began his career in the financial industry in the late 80’s working for the world’s largest Investment banks in the City of London.  After a successful trader career he left the city with an excellent working background knowledge of how investment markets work and the importance of investment diversification. David decided to return to his home town of Chesterfield, he qualified as a Financial Adviser in 2006 with a high street bank and has taken great pride in looking after his clients since. Married with two daughters and taking an active interest in his local community David joined Cheetham Jackson as they share his ethics in putting the client at the heart of everything he does. He has a professional yet friendly approach with the desire to build and strengthen long relationships with his clients whilst pursuing the best financial outcomes for their long term financial needs.

Ellen Dooher

Having graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Drama from the University of Hull in 2006, Ellen returned to her home town of Chesterfield to begin a career in the customer service sector, working for a well-known cinema chain. She quickly progressed within the company and was promoted to Operations Manager, gaining a wealth of experience in addressing and resolving customer queries, monitoring compliance and maintaining standards.

In 2011 Ellen decided to expand her skill set to include marketing and business administration, joining the Marketing and Support Team of a well-known firm providing software, support and training to chartered accountancy firms across the UK.

In October 2017 Ellen was happy to join the team at Cheetham Jackson’s Chesterfield office in the role of Client Fulfilment Guardian. Passionate about compliance and processes, Ellen is committed to maintaining the high service standards and customer care Cheetham Jackson prides itself in.
